Last night we had a nice meal. We still manage to do this even though Chris is going 1,000 miles per hour as well as my schedule and Barb's too.
It was a very well prepared meal. Enjoyable. Geurink's seem to like food. Don't talk much, but they get very involved with food!!!
As I was enjoying the large salad made of just about everything I opted to eat the chicken strips separate. No reason, but I just did it. You know usually if you order a Chicken Caesar Salad at Applebee's the chicken comes lying over the top. I didn't do that.
Instead I was eating the salad and just, on occasion, taking chicken from the bowl. Well it was about the 4th or 5th time (maybe 10th I don't know for sure) and my lovely wife, you know who, took the bowl and moved it to the far end of the counter. After 2nd thought she returned the bowl with chicken in it and said, "oh I guess by now you can decide if you had enough chicken". I was glad to hear that . . . . .
at 55 I was finally old enough!!!
